WEATHER AWARE TOMORROW!

 ⚠️WEATHER AWARE TOMORROW!

Wednesday October, 30th:

Possible severe weather tomorrow evening/overnight.

The main threat will be West of HWY 65. Possible hazards still include wind up to 70 mph, hail up to the size of quarters and there is a small threat for some tornadoes as well.

Make sure you are weather aware tomorrow and have a several ways to receive watches and warnings.

Thunderstorms, associated with large hail and severe wind gusts, are expected on Wednesday across the southern and central Plains extending eastward into the lower to mid Mississippi Valley and Ozarks.

The strongest instability is forecast to develop across southern Kansas and northwest Oklahoma by Wednesday afternoon.

This environment appears likely to support supercells with large hail and severe wind gusts. An isolated tornado threat will also be possible with rotating storms that remain discrete.

🌪️TORNADO threat for tomorrow has INCREASED!

It appears that convection should remain at least somewhat cellular through the daylight hours from the Topeka/Kansas City vicinity southward, which would correspond with risk for a few tornadoes, along with large hail and damaging wind potential.

Potentially strong tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds are expected Wednesday across Kansas City, Topeka, and Dallas-Fort Worth areas. Over 3 million people under the now ENHANCED risk.
